1 lb. ham or sausage
1 pkg (2 c. size) shredded sharp cheese
8 eggs
8 slices of bread
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
If using sausage, brown and drain. If ham, use pre-cooked. In large mixing bowl break eggs and beat well. Break bread into small pieces. Add shredded cheese, salt and dry mustard. Add milk and meat, and stir well. Pour into a 9 x 13" cake pan. Refrigerate mixture over night (gives it flavor). Bake covered at 350º 45 min. to 1 hour.
