1/4 c. onion
1 c. celery
4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 t. sage
1 T. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Meat from 1/3 turkey (8-9 cups)
1/3 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in oleo. Combine with bread crumbs, sage, salt, pepper, and meat. Make gravy from margarine, flour, evaporated milk, and broth. Mix gravy with other ingredients and bake at 350º fro 1 hour.
