4-5 chicken breasts
1 dozen corn tortillas
4 oz green chilies diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 large onion grated
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Boil chicken (not good at timing...just boil till it is done) and tear into bite size pieces.
Tear tortillas into small bite size pieces.
Mix all ingredients in a large bow (set aside a small portion of cheese for the top)
Pour into 9x13 dish and sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

I decided a long time ago after trying to fry the tortillas and then attempt to roll the chicken into individual enchiladas..this was the way to go...This is a very easy dish to make...enjoy!
