3 egg whites
1 C sugar
1 C chopped pecans
20 crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pt heavy cream whipped
german chocolate or hershey bar shavings
Directions:
Directions:
Have egg whites at room temperature. Beat until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Beat well. Fold in the nuts and crumbs, baking powder and vanilla. our into pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º Cool. Spread with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Chill overnight or at least 6 hours.
