1 C. Oatmeal (not the 5 min. kind)
1 C. Cottage Cheese (low fat or no fat)
1 C. Egg Beaters or Egg Substitute
1/2 t. Vanilla
1/4 t. Cinnamon
Fresh Raspberries and Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients but berries in blender.
Blend for a minute or two.
Spray griddle with a cooking spray and pour batter in heated skillet. Turn once.
If you're really going low calorie, the absolute best sugar free syrup is Smucker's Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup.
Top pancakes with Syrup and Berries. No need for butter.

Each pancake is about 25 calories of health. You can eat and eat until you are stuffed - at 25 calories, you could eat 12 and only have eaten 300 calories. Best breakfast in town. Of course, adding some Applewood Smoked Bacon changes that equation a bit.
