1 loaf French bread
1/4 lb margarine
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T green onion, chopped 4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread in half lengthwise. Melt margarine, add mayonnaise and garlic, blend with a wire whisk add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture on cut side of bread and wrap each half individually in foil. Refrigerate over night when ready to use, Bake at 350º for 15 20 minutes. Slice in to 2 inches slices.
