4 Flour Tortillas, taco size
2 tsp. Butter, melted
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 med. Tomato, diced
9 oz. Frozen Diced Cooked Chicken, thawed and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brush one side of each tortilla with butter. Place two tortillas, buttered side down, on a griddle over medium heat. Sprinkle with cheese, onion, tomato and chicken. Top with remaining tortillas, buttered side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Flip over and cook for another 3–4 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into wedges. Yield: 2 servings. Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (2 each) equals 683 calories, 29 grams fat (16 grams saturated fat), 147 mg. cholesterol, 1,190 mg sodium, 59 carbohydrate, 1 gram fiber, 48 grams protein.
