4 C. Jiffy baking Mix
1/2 C. Sugar
1t. cinnamon
1t. Vanilla
1t. Nutmeg
About 1 1/3 C. cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Deep fryer oil to 375º
Mix all dry ingredients together. Slowly add enough cold water to form a STIFF dough. Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts. Drop balls a few at a time in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. If dsired, roll in cinnamon sugar mixture or powdered sugar.
