2-1/2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Combine flour and sugar in a mixing bowl. Using a pastry blender or a fork, cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in cream until dough leaves side of bowl. (Dough will be stiff.) Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times. Roll to 1/2" thickness and cut into 12 biscuits with a 2" biscuit cutter. Place biscuits close together on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Butter tops of biscuits when removed from oven.
