1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup warm water
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine salt, baking soda, flour, & sugar.
In saucepan, combine oil, margarine, peanut butter, & water. Bring to a boil, then pour over dry ingredients. When mixed, add eggs, buttermilk, & vanilla.

Divide between 3 - 9" cake pans (sprayed & lined with parchment) or makes 36 cupcakes.

Bake at 350º until cake springs back.
