4 ounces cream cheese, softened
l/2 cup sugar divided
l 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons lemon juice
l teaspoon McCormick Pure Lemon Extract
l teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
Lemon slices,fresh berries and mint leaves

Beat cream cheese and l/4 cup sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.

Beat whipping cream, remaining l/4 cup sugar,lemon juice and extracts in a large mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Add half of the whipped cream mixture to cream cheese mixture, stir until well blended. Gently stir in remaining whipped cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

To serve, spoon or pipe into dessert dishes. Garnish with lemon slices, fresh berries and mint leaves if desired.
