1 lb asparagus, 3 Tbls olive oil, 2 cloves garlic,( finely minced), 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese,1 tsp grated lemon zest, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Trim asparagus. In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, lemon zest and paprika and stir with a fork. Spread asparagus on a baking sheet. Pour oil mixture over asparagus. Toss with hands. Roast 25 minutes at 400 until crisp tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan right before serving.
