2 lbs. low fat ground beef
2/3 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup chopped celery
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
dash tabasco sauce
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
1/2 cup ketchsup
2 cup water

Directions:
Saute bell pepper, onion, and celery until tender. Add ground beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for an hour. After cooking, this meal is like a thick chili. Serve it over fritos or tortilla chips and top with sharp cheddar cheese.
