2 c mashed ripe bananas
1- 8oz can crushed and drained pineapple
3/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c chopped nuts
ICING
1-8oz cream cheese
1/3 c butter
3 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix.
2. Bake in 15X10 inch greased pan at 350 for 25-30min.
3. Frost cake. Keep refrigerated
