1-1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Extra butter, softened for greasing pans
1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
3 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
1-1/2 cups room temperature milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Generously grease popover pans, cupcake pans, or Pyrex custard dishes (about 12) with softened butter. Place pans in the oven for 2 minutes to heat. Whisk together the flour, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Batter will be thin. Fill the pans less than half full and bake at 425º for exactly 30 minutes. Do not peek. Remove from oven and make a small slit in the top of each muffin to prevent deflation.
