1 lb. pork sausage
1 finely chopped onion
6 T. flour
1 qt. whole milk
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tsp. Morton sausage & meatloaf seasoning
dash of Worchestershire sauce
dash of hot pepper sauce
biscuits

Directions:

Crumble sausage into a large saucepan with onions and fry over med. heat. Stir in flour, cook over med. heat until mixture bubbles. Stir in milk and seasonings and cook until thickened. Serve over biscuits.
