2 T. Butter, 2 C. Milk
2 T. Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Stalks of celery - can be end of celery pieces
1 l Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Onion and Celery together until tender then blen in blender or smash through sieve. Add to rest of cream soup foundation . This may be used as a base for any cream soup. It's fresher and uses much less salt and has a much better taste than canned boughten soup. When making thickener , melt butter first and add flour. Mix well while adding milk.
