Hamburger - whatever
Could use any leftover beef or chicken
Last of carrots, beans, corn turnips tomatoes potatoes or whatever
Cabbage
Chicken broth, Beef Broth or can use bouillon cubes.
Water to cover all

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat first then add onions to carmelize slightly. Add all other vegetables except cabbage.
Water to cover well and add boullion to flavor soup. Cabbage can be added last 1/2 hour of simmering.
This can simmer for several hours...the longer, the better.
