2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c, sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients. Place cupcake papers in cupcake pan. Put vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake. Fill two-thirds full of mixture. Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes. Tops crack slightly when done. When cool top each cheesecake with cherries from cherry pie filling.
