8 oz. uncooked rotini (half a box)
1 medium cucumber, coarsely chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup olives, halved and pitted
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, cut into chunks (if you're not Shana)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rotini and rinse with cold water.
Combine rotini, cucumber, feta, olives, and bell pepper.
Blend together oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over rotini mix and toss to blend.
Chill several hours.
Add tomatoes before serving.
