1/4 cup butter
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
1 Tbsp fresh basil, sliced
1/2 tsp seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1-1/2 cups chunky tomato sauce
fresh ground pepper to taste
1 wheel Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
1 Tbsp Basil Pesto

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a skillet and melt butter with minced garlic. Add diced tomatoes and sliced fresh basil. Saute until tomatoes have softened. Add tomato sauce, seasoned salt and pepper and bring sauce to simmer. Pour sauce into an ovenproof dish. Place whole wheel of cheese in center of dish. Spoon basil pesto onto cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350º oven until hot throughout and cheese feels soft to the touch when pressed with a finger, approx. 15-20 minutes.
Serve with herbed Crostini toasts or slightly crusty Italian bread.
