6 Tbsp. roast beef drippings
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour roast beef drippings into a shallow baking dish and keep hot. Beat eggs until light, add milk and beat until frothy. Stir in the flour and salt and then beat until smooth. Pour mixture into hot drippings and bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350º and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
