2 bags frozen cut string beans
2 red peppers(cut into thin strips)
1 can baby corn(drained and cut into pieces)
2 onions(cut up and sautéed)
5 tsp onion soup mix(without msg)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all vegetable's together in a bowl and add 5 tsp of onion soup mix. Place mixture into 9x13 (spray with pam) pan and cover tightly with tin foil. Bake for 2 hrs. in 350 preheated oven.

This is a low cal delicious side vegtable dish and is so good over orzo, brown rice or coucous. It is also delicious on its own!!
