2 fresh broccoli stalks (washed and cut off stalk)
2-3 cups of cooked chicken (salt & pepper while cooking – cut up into bite size pieces after cooking)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6oz. evaporated milk (1/2 can of evaporated milk)
1 cup Hellmann Mayonnaise (must use Hellmann)
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
½ cup cheddar cheese grated
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking dish. Line dish with uncooked broccoli, season with salt & pepper. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayo, milk, lemon juice & curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle top of mixture with grated cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Bake ½ hour at 350º. Let sit 10 mins. before serving.

You can use various sizes/depths of dishes to fix this in. This recipe makes a little less than what you would normally put in a 9x12 dish. I never put the bread crumbs on top. I cook my chicken before hand, during day while at work or I cook it a couple of days ahead and freeze it until I am ready to use it. If your chicken is already prepared, it only takes a little time to put this recipe together.
