1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tc.bsp molasses
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp dry mustard
6 cloves garlic, minced
approx. 1-2 lbs steak or chicken

Pour yourself your favorite wine, put the music on, and mix these ingredients up , put into zip-lock bag with your steaks, and turn over once in awhile. Try to marinate at least a couple of hours, or over night is great also....cheers!!!

This is super also for shish-ka-bobs, and if you like marinate your veggies use this sauce also, and roast on the BBQ. (I put my steaks in a Ziplock bag with the marinade, and take it this way to the lake!)
