2 lbs gr beef
1 3/4 tsp oregano
3 bay leaves
1 1/2 onions, chopped

Garlic Salt
1/4 c ketchup
2 lg cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2-2 tsp Tabasco
1 1/2 cans water
1 bx lasagna noodles
2 pkgs shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sm ricotta cheese

Lightly brown meat in 1T Olive Oil. Drain grease and remove meat from pan. Wilt onions in pan. Add onions and remaining ingredients to large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Place a little sauce on bottom of pan. Layer noodles, cheeses, and sauce until you have 3 or 4 layers.
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until it is bubbling. Makes 2 casseroles 9x11

Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread or rolls. A light jello dessert is excellent with this.
