3 c. sugar
1 lb. butter, softened
6 eggs, room temperature
4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter; cream until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour & salt to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in flavorings. Pour batter into a well greased, floured 10 inch pan or 3 loaf pans. Bake at 300º for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
