5 cups cooked chicken, cut in chunks
2 TBLS salad oil
2 TBLS orange juice
2 TBLS vinegar
1 tsp salad
3 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cup small green seedless grapes
1 1/2 cups sliced celery
1 cup pineapple tidbits or chunks
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cups toasted slivered almonds
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Directions:

Combine chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt; let stand while preparing remaining ingredients. Gently toss together all ingredients. Delicious with hot bread for a light supper.
