1 family pack chicken wings, cut in half and tips removed
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper (grind)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Peanut oil, for frying
1/2 stick butter
1 bottle Louisiana hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, red pepper, garlic powder, and salt; dredge wing pieces in mixture to coat.

2. Heat peanut oil to 350º. Fry coated wings in oil, in batches; drain.

3. Have butter and hot sauce simmering on stove. Put drained wings in sauce mixture to coat, then remove and serve.
