1 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal (not instant)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

FILLING:
2 cans (15 ounces each) pumpkin
2 cans (12 ounces each) evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt

TOPPING:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of 13x9-inch pan; bake 20 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, mix filling ingredients in medium mixing bowl with electric mixer just until smooth. Pour over partially-baked crust and return to oven for an additional 45 minutes.

3. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over filling and return to oven for 15 to 20 minutes more, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
