2 16oz pkgs frozen Winter Blend vegetables
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 tsp. salt
3 slices American cheese
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Using a 4 qt. pot, heat water, margarine, and salt.
Put in broccoli and cauliflower.
Using medium heat, simmer covered, stirring often, until veggies are tender - 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from heat. Drain.
Add four cheese slices to veggies, stir until melted.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
