4 apples, Cored & chopped but leave the peels on ( I use 2 red and 2 green for color) Lemon juice, 2 stalks celery (chopped thin) 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 cup tiny marshmallows, 1/2 cup Miracle Whip, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 Tbls lemon juice.

Directions:
Soak apples in a little lemon juice with water and cover for a few minutes. Drain, then toss in a large bowl the apples, celery, walnuts & marshmallows. Mix together the miracle whip, sugar & lemon juice. Pour over apple mixture. Serve.
