Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans of Pink Salmon
2 eggs
1 pkg (not box) of saltine crackers crushed
1/4 cup milk (little more if needed)
1/4 cup diced onions
Salt & Pepper to taste
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the salmon, eggs, milk, crackers, salt and pepper. Add more milk or crackers until you can form a pattie that holds together. If you put in too much milk in, it will fall apart. Grandma always used her hands to mix the ingredients together (just like meatloaf). Get the oil hot in the frying pan. Form the salmon mixture into patties. Fry in the pan till golden on both sides

Personal Notes:
Some of us like to pick the bones out of the salmon before mixing. Grandma likes to leave them in. She thinks the bones cook up fine. These taste great with ketchup slathered on top! Miles can attest to that.
