1 lb. peeled and devained (16-20 shrimp)
2 tbsp. hoisin sause
1 tbsp. light soy sause
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. sherry wine
1 tsp. chili sause
1 tsp. onion and garlic salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. peanut oil

-Preheat Oven to 405º F-
Place raw shrimp in medium bowl and cover with all ingredients except the penut oil. Mix well and refrigerate for 4 hours. Next, add peanut oil to a medium Teflon pan. Heat until oil smokes and place shrimp plat in pan, it will start to sizzle a lot. Do not overcrowd the pan because it will slow down the cooking process. When the shrimp appears to be bright pinkish res, turn over and repeat. About 1 minute per side. If shrimp is still raw place immediately in hot over for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook, or the shrimp will become rubbery.
