1 unbaked pie crust
1-1/2 cups milk
8 green onions, minced
8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk or cream
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In bottom of unbaked pie crust, put onions, bacon, and cheese. Beat eggs and add cream, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in pie crust. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes at 350º. Serve hot or cold.

This recipe may be varied by adding various vegetables and meats. For instance, chopped ham or crab may be substituted for the bacon. Cheddar instead of Swiss cheese is another variation.
