1 large pork roast, or shoulder (whatever's CHEAP!)
Safeway will season it for free with a "Porketta" seasoning. Or you can use Grill Mates Pork rub and liquid smoke.
Coarse grind salt.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large crock pot prepped with Pam cooking spray, place pork roast and begin cooking on high for 2-4 hours. Turn heat to low, and continue cooking for at least 6 hours more, or until pork can be shredded with forks.
This is great in "Tacos with Pulled Pork"!
