Chopped fresh sweet onions
chopped fresh cilantro
Fresh lime wedges

chopped fresh tomatoes
chopped fresh green peppers
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare corn tortillas by frying them in hot oil until they just start to brown, but are still soft. Drain on paper towels, and blot excess oil.
(For a lighter version, just warm the tortillas in the microwave until warm and soft.)
Salt the tortilla.
The simple ingredients of pulled pork, onion, cilantro and lime are fabulous! Any other ingredients you wish to put in are good too.
