4 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 large onion
beef boullion granules (I don't measure them...sorry!)
salt and pepper
1 egg

Sauce:
2 cans (family size) cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
beef boullion granules

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, onion, beef boullion, salt, pepper, and egg. Shape into balls and fry or bake to brown.

Place meatballs in crock pot or roaster. Mix soup, milk, and beef boullion to make sauce. Pour sauce over meatballs and heat through. Enjoy!

Great for a Packer party or family gathering! The flavor of these improves with more cooking time...I let them heat through for at least an hour before serving.
