1/2 c. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 T. parsley flakes
2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
16 drops tabasco sauce
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and parsley in olive oil until onions are tender. Add meat and brown. Slowly add rest of ingredients and stir well. Cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring frequently.

Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.

This is an excellent sauce that gets better as it simmers and/or sits in the fridge. I would not recommend freezing it though, as the taste is very skewed after freezing and thawing.
