Directions:
Night before baking, place frozen dough length-wise on a heavy olive oiled 11x 16 cookie sheet. Generously rub the olive oil over dough. Place in cold oven and leave over night. In the morning, press the dough with finger tips over the entire cookie sheet, leaving indentations now and then. Brush again with olive oil. In separate pan, quarter and slice onion, saute until lightly brown (this can be done ahead of time). Spread onions over dough. Add seasonings. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven, 12-15 minutes. Cut into squares.

Be creative with this recipe. A great appetizer. Good with soup too. If you are a bread maker, use your own bread recipe and do the same thing....forget the Bridgeford
