7 - 9 medium sweet potatoes, cooked & peeled
1 small can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 - 1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:
2/3 - 1 stick butter or margarine
2/3 - 1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour

Directions:
Mash potatoes & mix all ingredients. Place in greased dish & add topping. Bake 45 min. - 1 hour @ 350 degrees. TOPPING: Mix sugar, flour, nuts. Blend in butter & spread over potatoes.
