8 ounces sour cream
10 ounces grated cheddar cheese, about 2 1/4 cups
2 cans cream of potato soup
4 c ups dry has browns, rehydrated, or 2 pound bag frozen hash brown
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes, or to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
grated Parmesan Cheese, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan Cheese. Spread into casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake 1 hour at 325º
