1 10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 large onion chopped or grated
1 stick margarine
3 eggs beaten
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Cups self rising cornmeal or 1 Pkg. Cornbread Mix ( I use Jiffy)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly cook and drain broccoli. Saute butter and onions until onions are transparent. Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 8 x 11 1/2 baking dish. Bake at 375º for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.

This is a great winter side to go with oven beef stew followed with pumpkin pie.
