2 Cups dried cranberries
1 Cup Grand Marnier or orange juice
2 pounds bulk pork sausage
2 Cups chopped celery
1 1/2 Cups chopped onion
1/2 Cup butter (1 stick)
2 14-oz cans chicken broth
1 tsp. thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 6-oz pkgs herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 Cups chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. grated orange zest

Combine the cranberries and Grand Marnier in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from the heat and set aside. Brown the sausage in a large skillet, stirring until crumbly. Remove the sausage to paper towels. Drain off all but 2 Tbsp. of the drippings from the skillet. Saute the celery and onions in the sausage drippings until the onions are tender. Add the butter, broth, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until butter is melted, stirring frequently. Add the cranberry mixture, sausage, stuffing mix, pecans,and orange zest to the skillet and mix well.
