1 Cup BARLEY (uncooked)
1 small jar PIMENTO (drained)
1/4 lb. BUTTER
1/2 lb. MUSHROOMS halved
1 ONION chopped
3 Cups CHICKEN BROTH

Directions:
Directions:
*Brown barley in butter. Remove barley with slotted spoon.
*Saute onion & mushroom in same pan barley was in. There should be enough butter left.
*Add barley back and add pimento and chicken broth.
* Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1and 1/2 hour.

DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!
