1 lb Lean Pork (cubed - about 1 inch)
1 lb Veal (cubed - about 1 inch)
1 Cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup milk
10 short wooden skewers
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and milk and set aside. Push meat onto skewers, alternating between pork and veal. Dip into egg/milk and then coat in bread crumbs. Brown in oil turning to brown all sides - then place in foil lined baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes.
