1Qt water
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6-8 potatoes - cooked and cube
1lb. cubed velveeta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Add water to pan and dissolve bouillion cubes using med-high heat. add celery and onions and cook for 30 minutes. Add soup and cooked potatoes, stiring until smooth. Reduce heat to low and add velvetta. Stir until melted. Simmer - stiring often.
