9oz bag spinach
2 slices of red onion - chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons feta chesse
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to skillet and saute onion until just about done. Add garlic and saute until onion is done. Watch temperture of pan - if to hot garlic will burn. Add spinach to pan and keep turning until all is cooked. Turn stove off and add feta cheese to pan. Mix well and remove from pan.
