4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Cup Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
1 Large Onion- Sliced
28 oz Can Italian Flavored Diced Tomatoes
Oil
Rice or Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix bread crumbs with parmesan chesse and set aside. Beat egg and set aside. Add oil to skillet and heat to medium. While skillet is heating, dip chicken in egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken in skillet and brown both sides. Transfer chicken to baking dish and top with sliced onions and can tomatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with rice or noodles.
