I onion diced and cooked in butter and garlic to taste
2 lbs hamburger
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons Accent
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 small cans tomato sauce
3 small cans tomato paste
4 small cans water
1 Cup instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain grease. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 40 minutes. If it is really thick add more water.

When ready to serve, put the amount of meat mixture you want on your plate. Top it with diced fresh tomatoes, sliced olives, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and avocados. Then scoop it up to eat it with Tortilla chips. Yummy!!

This has been a great recipe to use at our camp-outs.It can be made ahead and the first night when the family is arriving, it is ready for them, without waiting for the food to be fixed. Everyone, even the little kids like this !!
